Construction of a multi-storey building of masonry and pre cast concrete panel walls supporting post tensioned concrete slab floors. All supported on driven cast concrete piles.

Ground floor incorporates shop tenancies, bus lounges for local and interstate bus operators, cafeteria, amenities and ramp access to upper level carparking on 2 levels.

A mezzanine floor contains lettable office space. Total area approximately 9000 square metres.
