Industrial relations management
Wycombe accepts full responsibility for Industrial Relations for the entire project and has an excellent track record in this regard. Wycombe have no instances where our work has impinged on the industrial relations of the client’s normal operations on site.
Tendering process
The tendering process takes into account the level of Governance requirements for each client. From our initial assessment of Governance and Procedures we are able to tailor a process which is acceptable to each client, whether that be non-disclosed tender, open tender or tendering to preferred tenderer bidders only.

Project cost and schedule control
Wycombe employs the “Lean Construction” methodology which better addresses clients requirements and delivers more control and certainty to the costing and scheduling as many elements of the building are built or assembled off site.

With Wycombe’s constant refinement and updating of documentation management, we are able to ensure total documentation management, for minor works or large commercial ventures. These systems guarantee the information is distributed immediately to the relevant parties with a minimum of paper handling and wastage.
Project handover and post occupancy review
Wycombe has been working with a team of well respected professionals to develop procedures that ensure that handover and post occupancy review is a streamlined process which encompasses relevant training and information supply. As with all of the Wycombe Group services, we are able to offer this as a stand alone service to assist handover of any existing projects.

Construction
The Wycombe Group is able to offer construction as a unique advantage to Wycombe clients. With our cost plus fee service for construction, we are able to build at cost (plus a set fee). This methodology ensures the client ‘peace of mind’ during the construction phase as there are no additional fees or costs for the documented works.
All additional scope is dealt with in the same manner, thus minimising the traditional construction 'blowout' issue.
